In December, 2006 I had my floating dock and walkway removed by Parrot Docks of Big Sandy, Tn. and replaced with an AlumaDock. It is all aluminum with large floats, rubber bumper all around, aluminum cleats, aluminum ladder and all aluminum flooring.
There has been no problems with this dock after 2 winters and very high flood water the Spring, 2008. I highly recommend Parrot Bay Docks for their design, workmanship and quality.

Parrot Bay Docks, Inc.
Enclosed are a couple of pictures of the dock you installed in the fall of 2007. I have gotten many
comments from neighbors and visitors on how well constructed this unit is. The aluminum and
composite deck panels will allow me many years of use with no maintenance requirement. In fact, the
only maintenance I can possibly see coming is eventually repainting the roof and that shouldn't happen
for 15 to 20 years.
I was highly impressed with your product and also the professionalism of the installation crew. One of
the items I was very impressed with was the ability of the crew to bring the assembled unit in through the
very shallow inlet during the winter pool of the lake. The installation at this slack time of the year
allowed me the full spring usage during some of the best fishing times of the year.
Incidentally, I would recommend highly the pneumatic boat lift, in order to keep any docked boats from
the water stains and algae damage that is so common during the warmer months.
The dock is very stable and floats well even during the high water that we got during the spring of '08. In
short, I couldn't be happier!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Our first contact with Mr. and Mrs. Blackwell was in January of 07 at the Paducah Boat Show. At that time we also met Michael Roberson from Robco Mfg. We were very impressed with the quality and engineering aspect of the Alumadock. After looking at other docks in the Kentucky area and also at the St. Louis Boat Show we decided the Alumadock was definitely the one we wanted. We especially liked the idea of no maintenance.
Mr. Blackwell and his crew did an excellent job and finished in a timely manner. We highly recommend them and the Alumadock. We have had the dock for over a year and we are still extremely pleased with our quality dock and with the installation of it.

We could not be more pleased with our AlumaDock or the service provided by Parrot Bay Docks, Inc. during its construction and installation. The crew was extremely professional, polite and knowledgable. They kept us informed every step of the build, even consulting with us concerning or preferred placement the swim ladder and ramp.
The dock itself is solidly constructed with high quality components and welds. It is handling the extreme waves and wakes we experience on the main channel without difficulty.

the construction business myself, I know how difficult it can be to get quality work completed, much less when promised. I am pleased to report that Parrot Bay Docks did both.
My wife and I love our new dock. Everything is exactly as promised. And we were pleasantly surprised that you actually got it installed according to the schedule you provided. Re: Rail and Carriage System
In 2008 Parrot Bay Docks built a rail and carriage system for our jet skis and pontoon boat in Big Sandy, TN on Kentucky Lake. We have been extremely pleased with the operation of these systems, and the follow-up service we have received.
